| Acceptable Content |
You may not store, transmit from or otherwise present any material that is in violation of
any Federal, State or local law or ordinance.
Any material that is pornographic, obscene, racist, hatefull or derogatory in any nature is expressely
forbidden.
You may not illegally distribute copyrighted material in any form.
You agree to hold Great-Danes.Org, it heirs and assigns harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our service.

| CGI scripts or Other Harmful Code |
We reserve the right to delete, inactivate or otherwise terminate any CGI script or other code
which you place on our servers which adversely affect our servers or service to the rest of our customers. We will attempt whenever possible to notify
the owner of the harmful code and provide an opportunity to correct the problem.

| Domain Name Registration |
When you register a Domain Name with us, we do not check to see if your Domain Name infringes
upon the legal rights of others. It is your responsibility to do so. If we determine that you have infringed
upon the rights of others, we reserve the right to terminate your account. If you elect to register any
Domain Name thru us, you also agree to hold us harmless from any action.
Fees and charges incurred from the registration of any Domain Name are non-refundable under any circumstance.
As the account holder, you agree to pay any yearly charges resulting from the renewal of the Domain Name.
You further agree that all disputes regarding Domain Name registration will be resolved based on the ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy
which may be amended from time to time.

| Email Policy |
| Our server(s) may not be the originating, destination or intermediate involved in any transmission
of any unsolicited email, hate mail, mass email, destructive code, trojan-horses or viruses. |
| Illegal Use |
We will not tolerate any illegal use of our offered services. Storage and dissemination
of any illegal, inappropriate or copyrighted material is expressly prohibited. Any illegal or inappropriate use of our
services will result in immediate termination.

| Indemnification Policy |
We strive to provide the best in service and quality web-hosting. However, we cannot
be held liable for any outages beyond our control. As an account holder, you agree that you will not hold Great-Danes.Org, its
heirs and assigns liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services. You further agree to hold Great-Danes.Org,
it agents, officers and employees safe and harmless from any action arising from the use of our services, including but not
limited to attorney's fees, losses and liabilities. You also agree to hold Great-Danes.Org harmless against any action that
includes but is not limited to copyright infringement, infringement on proprietary rights of a third party, any injury caused
by products sold or distributed by you, including defective products using our services.

| Privacy Statement |
Great-Danes.Org will not at any time or in any fashion under any circumstance disseminate any information
regarding you, your account, your business or any other information you provide us with. Your business with us is
between us and is no one else's business. PERIOD! That's our promise to you!!! We do not store, keep or maintain
information regarding your credit card information. We do not maintain any information regarding you or your account
on the web. We only maintain enough information on our private system to maintain your account.

| Refund Policy |
If you cancel in the 1st 30 days of your account, you pay nothing excluding
any domain registration fee(s) paid to acquire your domain name. Those fee(s) are paid to the registrar and they all have
to our knowledge a no-refund policy. Any cancellations and refunds after 30 days are charged a $20USD setup fee plus a $20USD per month
hosting fee. If your account is cancelled for any reason by us, including but not limited to spamming, unacceptable
use/content, there are NO REFUNDS.

| Spam |
We maintain a ZERO tolerance on spamming. If you are caught spamming, your account,
access to and use of our resources is subject to immediate termination without a refund, even if it
occurs in the first 30 day guarantee period of your account.
Spamming is defined as the unsolicited sending of email to more than 25 addresses or the posting to
more than 10 newsgroups at a time.
If you have a sign-up list, where individuals request information via email, even if you send to
more than 25 addresses at a time, you are not spamming.
